Shipping & Delivery Policy


  1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We provide Standard delivery to any international address. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports.

On the front, we deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely.

  1. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 5-10 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

International Deliveries

For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way.

  1. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties, and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws to clear customs.

  1. RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:

  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
  • All items must be unused and in its original condition
  • Originals receipts would need to be included

If none of the above conditions is met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

Your right to cancel/return an order starts when the order is placed and ends 14 calendar days after you have received your goods. You must either ensure that the goods are received by us within these 14 days or email us at info@harneophotography.com. If you have notified us of the intent to return goods within these 14 days, you have a further 14 days from the date of cancellation to return any items. Returns arriving after these 14 days may or may not be accepted at our discretion.

We will accept returned items for a refund or exchange so long as they are in an unused saleable condition with all original tags attached.

Simply ensure that they are well packaged, as we cannot be liable for any returned items damaged in transit, and enclose a copy of your order confirmation with a clear indication of whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please note: The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you package your items well and use a signed for service to return them to reduce the risk of damage or loss in transit. Always keep a copy of your proof of postage.

We can only exchange goods for those of the same value and all refunds will be made to the card/payment method used at the time of purchase.

We will issue a full refund on receipt of the returned item excluding the return-postage cost, or exchange the item for a different one if preferred (only if available).

Only products purchased from our online shop (www.harneophotography-shop.com) should be returned to the address above. Products purchased from anywhere else should be returned back to the original place of purchase.
